ARGGGGG!
So the four star hotel with fitness gym pass was a flop- they closed the gym so sorry. The child was afraid he would miss the trolley or some scout event and wouldn't spend time at the market until today - nothing opens on Sunday until after noon. We were up at 6:15 am, lets just say I don't think the Navy is for me. The food last night was bad-really over cooked pasta, ice cream, bread, lays, blah blah blah. I paid $4 for vegetable soup and a pretzel. At least I finally got my crab, grits and southern goodies for breakfast. By 7 am, even the kid was fed up with naval life. I did get a cookbook- The Charleston Jr Leagues Charleston Receipts (recipes in today talk) from 1950. I did walk and walk and walk and walk. And carry stuff all over the ship. I weighed at home after 5 and about the same. I am hoping to do some hardcore workouts the next 4 days. Need to drop 4 lbs.

Why?
From Wiki:
Catharsis (Ancient Greek: Κάθαρσις) is a Greek word meaning "cleansing", "purging", "cleansing" or "clarification." It is derived from the infinitive verb of Ancient Greek: καθαίρειν transliterated as kathairein "to purify, purge," and adjective Ancient Greek: καθαρός katharos "pure or clean."
Last year I was diagnosed as Bi-Polar. I have been on medication since the summer. It was a long time coming but it explained many issues I have had in dealing with stress, weight, spending, etc. Then in January, my husband informed me that his company had a new policy- they would pay for part of your gym membership and for you to join a weight loss group if you were obese. I joined Weight Watchers the next day and here I am.
I am only 7 weeks in and have dropped over 25 lbs. I have started eating differently, exercising regularly, and changing mentally how I view life. I am hoping to lose over 100lbs in 2010, reduce my debt by half, and have a tummy tuck in 2011.
